2017 Annual General Meeting

The ACMAV AGM for 2017 will be held on Monday October 23rd 2017.

The venue is Jade Kew, 4 Walpole St, Kew VIC 3101. The meeting will commence at 7:30pm sharp.

Members should have received in your email:

1. Nomination forms for committee positions
2. AGM agenda
3. Proxy forms
4. 2016 AGM minutes 

If you have not received them please contact the ACMAV Office or a committee member ASAP.

Nominations for positions will close on October 16th 2017, 5pm.

Please ensure that these forms are sent to office@acmav.org 

RSVP your attendance or apology also by October 16th 2017, 5pm.
